Ascio Web Service v3
Ascio Domain API
Introduction
This document provides reference material for use with the Ascio Web Service (AWS). The Ascio Web Service allows you to interface with the Ascio system. You will need an account with Ascio before you can connect to AWS. Once you have that, you will be able to develop your own solutions, e.g. web pages for your customers, through which you can register and manage your domains with Ascio.
This document includes example code for integrating AWS using the following technologies:
- PHP4 / PHP5
- Perl
- C#
- Java Axis 1
- NodeJS
Note that AWS is not limited to these platforms and can be utilised through any other technology that supports SOAP. Please contact our support if you need documentation for other languages. We can add your favorate language.
SOAP
SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) is a protocol specification for exchanging structured information in the implementation of web services in computer networks. Using SOAP in combination with an WSDL it is easy to integrate our object orientente architecture into your application:
- Remote object structure in your IDE
- Realtime autocomplete possible (depending on language and IDE)
- Realtime validation possible (depending on language and IDE)
