Add impersonate headers to the APIv3

We will expose an impersonate header on the APIv3. This will give users the possibility to impersonate their own sub-accounts. It will only be possible to do actions agains the sub-account that was provided in the header. It won’t be possible to access all objects from the selected account and all sub-accounts
